We do not offer returns on the products as our products are
all natural food products without any preservatives and have a low shelf life. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
EXCHANGE (if applicable):
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 8433707043. Send us the details of your purchase and image/video of package as well within 2 days of receipt of package. Seal broken products will be considered invalid.
Twin Peaks reserves all rights to accept or reject exchange requests.
We do not offer refunds after the order is dispatched from our facility. However, if there is damage to the product package and leakage has happened during logistics, we’ll look into the issue once you provide the evidence pictures with your concerned complain.
Refunds can be initiated if order is cancelled before dispatch. The refund process usually take 2 to 3 business days.
